All our personnel are insured, carry appropriate SIA (Security Industry Authority) licences and are rigorously trained to ensure the highest level of professional service delivery. Licences and screening are verified through our Hub platform to the BS 7858:2019 standard.
How does your company handle incidents or security breaches?
We train our personnel to maintain professional conduct while following our incident response checklist, which includes guidelines from law enforcement, the SIA, and health and safety procedures. Incidents are logged in the TechGuard app with photo or video evidence and a timestamped audit trail.
