Our key holding and alarm response service takes responsibility for your premises out of hours. We store your keys securely off-site, and when an alarm is triggered our 24/7 Alarm Receiving Centre dispatches an SIA-licensed mobile officer to attend, assess and make the site safe.
The same officers handle your scheduled lock-up and open-up — securing the building at the end of the day and unlocking it in the morning, checking the premises and setting or unsetting the alarm. It means no employee is ever first in, last out, or called back to a site alone at night.

Where are our keys stored?
Your keys are held securely off-site in tamper-evident, individually coded storage — never labelled with your address. Every issue and return is logged and tracked, so there is a full audit trail of who held a key and when.
How quickly do you respond to an alarm?
An SIA-licensed mobile officer is dispatched as soon as our 24/7 Alarm Receiving Centre receives the activation. Response times depend on your site location and the patrol coverage agreed, and target attendance times are set out in your contract.
Do you handle lock-up and open-up?
Yes. Our officers carry out scheduled open-up and lock-up visits — unlocking and securing your premises at the start and end of the day, checking the site is safe and setting or unsetting the alarm — so no member of your team has to be first in or last out.
