1. Vet on the Hub
Officers complete guided BS 7858:2019 screening and our team verifies every step before anyone is deployed.
Tech-enabled guarding
Most security is invisible until something goes wrong. We built our platform and field app to change that — so the service we deliver is provable, not just promised. Officers are vetted on the Hub and account for every shift through the TechGuard app.
The problem with traditional guarding
Traditional manned guarding leaves clients trusting that patrols were walked, that the right officer turned up, and that incidents were handled properly — usually with little more than a paper logbook to show for it. When a question is asked weeks later, the evidence is thin, inconsistent, or simply missing.
Our answer is to put technology behind every part of the service. We screen our people on the Tech Guarding Hub before they are deployed, and we capture what happens on site through the TechGuard app while they work. The result is a security service where the day-to-day detail — who, where, when and what — is recorded as it happens and held against a timestamped audit trail.
How it fits together
The Hub vets and manages our workforce; the TechGuard app evidences their work in the field. Together they connect vetting to delivery, so the officer who passed screening is the officer on your site, and what they do there is on the record.
Our secure web platform for BS 7858:2019 onboarding: SIA licence verification, right-to-work and identity checks, DBS coordination via uCheck, and sanctions screening. MFA-protected accounts, an admin verification queue, multi-tenant organisations and a 24/7 Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) console.

Every assignment follows the same accountable cycle — from screening an officer through to the report that lands on a client's desk. Each step feeds the next, and each leaves a record.
Officers complete guided BS 7858:2019 screening and our team verifies every step before anyone is deployed.
Only verified, SIA-licensed officers are matched to your site, with the right licence for the work.
Officers clock in and record GPS-verified patrols, welfare check-ins and incidents through the TechGuard app.
Activity is captured against a full, timestamped audit trail, ready for audit-ready reporting.
What it means for clients
Tech-enabled guarding isn't technology for its own sake — it changes what you can expect from a security provider. Because the work is recorded as it happens, accountability stops being a promise and becomes something you can check.
The officer who passed our vetting is the officer on your site, and their activity is logged, not assumed.
GPS-verified patrols, checkpoint scans and lone-worker welfare check-ins give you evidence that the rounds were walked.
A panic alarm routes straight to our 24/7 ARC, where incidents are acknowledged, escalated and resolved on the record.
Incidents and actions are captured with a timestamped audit trail, so reporting holds up to scrutiny.
Client visibility of this activity is available by arrangement. Contact us to discuss reporting and access for your sites. Our platform and app are built with lone-worker and keyholding best practice (BS 8484 and BS 7984) in mind.
Tell us what you need secured and we will show you how tech-enabled, evidence-based guarding applies to your operation.
